About the SteakBoiz
The Steakboiz are a group of friends from the Bay Area in their 30’s (yikes) that have known each other since middle school. In the past five years we’ve visited steakhouses around the U.S.A. and abroad and have loved every second of it.

Mission
The mission of the Steakboiz is simple: spend quality time with chosen family by eating delicious steaks together.
Whether it’s a local joint, a nationally recognized establishment, or topping the charts on a worldwide scale, the Steakboiz want to visit and bring along their friends and WAFs.
We’re not following a formula, guidelines, or a recipe because all cuts can be special if they’re prepared with care. We’re just out to have a good time and let everyone know our thoughts!
How It Started
The Steakboiz movement started much like life on Earth: unexpectedly, organically, and miraculously. (Okay, maybe not miraculously..)
In the summer of 2021, we (the Boiz) planned out a weekend trip to the Pacific Northwest with the main purposes of catching the Mariners and exploring Seattle. With the itinerary filling up with baseball, Dick’s Drive-In, and beers, an idea sprouted - “Why don’t we class it up a bit and hit up the best steakhouse Seattle has to offer?”
Needless to say, our first steakhouse experience fell way short of expectations. It left us devastated and in shambles. Upon our return to the Bay we concluded that the only way to recover from such shattering disappointment was to sacrifice everything, risk it all, and run it back.
This time it had to be different. There was no messing around. We went straight for the kill: Alexander’s Steakhouse.
If revenge is a dish best served cold, then redemption is a dry-aged porterhouse best served medium-rare with a perfect sear.
A heat-check trip to the City’s famed House of Prime Rib (yes - the Steakboiz believe that Prime Rib qualifies as a steak) kept us on our high. We knew we were onto something.
The boiz had officially reverse-seared our way into becoming The Steakboiz.
10+ steakhouses later and the Steakboiz movement has never been stronger.
